Terms of Service

The Terms of Service is subjected to change without prior notice. (November 28, 2023)

- No NSFW or Mecha
- Prices for creature, monsters, and furries may vary, depending on their complexity.
- Please provide clear references of your OC (or character), unclear references may be subjected to additional charge.
- The client has read and agreed to the TOS prior, by commissioning the artist.
- Commissions are applied through Google Forms and communicated with E-mail ([email protected]) for record keeping. Messaging on Discord, or other social media platforms are OK.
- Red-lines submitted by the client may be rejected by the artist for reasons varying to style or anatomy.

Payments & Timetable

- All commissions are paid upfront through paypal invoice via USD currency. A concept sketch will be sent within 48 hours of payment.
- The artist reserves the right to reject the commission, before or after negotiation of a price. The client will be aware of the decision within a week.
- Commissions will be finished between 1-5 months due to college, but consistent messages will be provided. (No rush commissions)
- Changes are acceptable throughout the commission; major changes will cost extra.
- The client is welcome to ask for WIPs anytime outside the Artist's timeframe. The artist will respond within 48hrs, otherwise please bump.
- The Artist may not answer during holidays, but will respond the following day(s) after.
- NO refunds.

Commission Usage

- Commissioned works are NOT for AI or NFT use.
- The client may NOT commerically use the commissioned piece (or gain any monetary value) without explicit permission from the artist.
- The Artist will keep the privacy of the client's name when requested.- Upon finishing the piece, the client will recieve the watermarked + transparent watermarked pieces through E-mail.
- The watermark may not be removed, please consult with the artist for options.
- Edits at any stage of the commission or after must be consulted with the Artist (HalionArt).

Copyright

- The Artist retains copyright to all personal commissioned pieces, not the characters involved.
- All commissioned art pieces may be used by the artist as prints, forms any of display, or advertisment.- The client retains rights their respective character in commissioned pieces, not the art.
- Clients may use the commissioned piece as prints & gifting, but must NOT gain any monetary value.
